I got this originally for “There’s No Other Way” but have come to really enjoy listening to nearly the entire album. The guitar overload is a little too much here and there for my tastes, but that’s a quibble when you consider how much of Albarn’s creativity you get to hear. Personally when I listen to Blur’s stuff I can’t hear any indication of why they should constantly be lumped into a media hype war with Oasis…what little of Oasis’s stuff I’ve heard is utterly forgettable, whereas Blur’s has stayed with me over the years and has many gemlike moments.
